GeneBio's protein identification and characterization platform is enhanced with the addition of third-party solutions, which are also distributed by GeneBio. These currently include the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics' Aldente peptide mass fingerprint (PMF) tool and Protagen's Modiro^® which enables rapid and automated detection of true post-translational modifications in MS/MS datasets.
