Aldente is a PMF (Peptide Mass Fingerprint) tool developed by the Proteome Informatics Group at the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB). The commercial version available from GeneBio builds upon the existing free version of Aldente accessible from the SIB's ExPASy server and heavily used by the scientific community since 2002.

Aldente is a great addition to GeneBio’s existing protein identification and characterization activities, allowing those to span from PMF analysis through Aldente to MS/MS analysis using Phenyx.
