Aldente : Precompiled Databases
Aldente works on its own database format; this is why you have to download the precompiled databases for Aldente. The precompiled databases are updated at each release of UniProt/Swiss-Prot and UniProt/TrEMBL, about every two weeks.
You can also download theses files from the other ExPASy mirrors:
Once downloaded, copy these files to the directory
"C:/Program Files/sib/Aldente/databases", created by default with Aldente's installation.
